With fall officially on the horizon, I thought I'd put together a list of books I would like to read this season. Normally September is accompanied with a long list of books for class, but seeing as I don't have classes this semester, I am taking full advantage and reading books solely because I want to (yay!)
here are my picks for fall:
Mrs. Hemingway // I read The Paris Wife a couple of summers ago so I couldn't resist adding this one to the list. A peak into my favorite authors romantic life? Yes, Please!
The Other Typist // Calling all Gatsby lovers (that's me)! This one has been on my "want to read" list since reading this post by PKP.
The Opposite of Loneliness // To be completely honest, I started reading this book during the summer - however, a trip to the book store led to a purchase of Gone Girl which led to every spare moment for the next three days being completely devoted to finding out the fate of Nick Dunne (if you haven't read it, I highly recommend before the movie comes out). Anyway, I absolutely loved the essays I've read so far. The introduction is truly touching. Marina is a wonderfully talented writer and I can't wait to divulge in the rest of her essays this fall.
Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? // I feel like I'm the only person who hasn't read this book... BUT I'm excited to finally read it! I mean who doesn't love Mindy?
What books are you reading this fall? I would love to hear your suggestions!
